Typographical Errors
In the event that a LegalLeadPro.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, LegalLeadPro.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. LegalLeadPro.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, LegalLeadPro.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or LegalLeadPro.com. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the site. LegalLeadPro.com may also terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the site, if in LegalLeadPro.com’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.

Lead Generation Disclaimer
By subscribing to the services of LegalLeadPro.com, you acknowledge and agree that LegalLeadPro.com is not endorsing any particular lawyer or law firm to clients and is not engaged in a referral service. LegalLeadPro.com provides a platform for generating leads pursuant to applicable rules and regulations.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Compliance
Lawyers using the services of LegalLeadPro.com must promptly inform LegalLeadPro.com if they receive a request to delete information under the CCPA from a lead provided through LegalLeadPro.com.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed by the laws of the state of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and LegalLeadPro.com will be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Johnson County, Kansas. Any claim or cause of action you may have with respect to the site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. LegalLeadPro.com’s failure to enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of LegalLeadPro.com.

Refund Policy Summary
LegalLeadPro.com offers pro-rated refunds of your account balance. You can request a pro-rated account refund (less any bonus funding you have received) at any time within 120 days of adding those funds to your account. However, an account refund must be made to your original source of payment, and the 120-day window cannot be extended.
